Sonny commenced his journey working with Tasmanians living with disabilities in 2010. Sonny gained first-hand experience working as Support Worker before progressing to senior roles in the sector. Sonny is passionate about social change and being part of a service that aims to bring a meaningful change in our client’s lives.

Sana founded My Way Support Tasmania with the aim for being part of the solution by delivering adaptable services to our clients. Sana has vast experience in the sector working with people with disabilities since 2014. Sana’s sense of social justice combined with her dedication to providing high quality services to our clients contributes highly to our successes in achieving positive outcomes.
