About community access

We offer Community access services to our clients across the Hobart region. These services are delivered with a focus on client goals. We develop individual plan for clients to ensure you receive services ‘My Way’ We also have a property our clients can access for skills development and capacity building based supports including cooking, computer skills, art therapy and crafts based programs in the Greater Hobart region. Other support our team can assist with is Transport training, employment support and access to training.
