We offer Support Coordination Level 1 and Level 2 services. These services are delivered with a focus on being a central point of contact for our clients to ensure we make the complex simple and assist with navigating NDIS plan budgets including plan implementation, engagement of relevant services, setting up Service Agreements, regular check in on NDIS plan usage and end of plan reporting.
